245 – The Birth of Motion

Let me, O let me bathe my soul in colours; let me swallow the sunset and drink the rainbow. — Kahlil Gibran (1883 – 1931)

I love the colours of Autumn sunsets. If the day is still and warm after the sun has set the sky can take on a wonderful green – perhaps octarine – colour. This evening I stepped out to check the heavenly efforts and noted that our hanging looked particularly calligraphic. I’m not entirely sure how to translate the message into words, but if you look at the shapes you can draw your own deep meaning. For me there’s something about a whale on a ball on a smaller ball – how improbable – but no more surreal than beret sized nearer a sombrero. Or the fish jumping the ‘x’. Perhaps calligraphy, perhaps haiku. Over to you.

Manifesto
17. Every day look through a new lens.
25. Every day your light shines for others to see.
32. Every day have a laugh.

Beautiful….I am so happy to see you again. Definitely inspires me to try some Haiku to send back to you.
