Better than gold


Fresh new potatoes lovingly dug from my father-in-law’s garden. Fresh mint from our garden. Rinsed in beautiful (and bountiful) sparkling tap water. Gently simmered in their skins until just tender, and then served with butter, and freshly ground salt and pepper.

Simple. Elegant.

Could we be richer?
